To British Museum to study manuscripts. Have admission tickets to MSST Reading Room for 6 months.

*During this time United States President Woodrow laid down his “Fourteen Points” to Congress. These points were later taken as the basis for peace negotiations at the end of the war and the formation of the League of Nations. At this time negotiations were also taking place with the Russian Bolshevik Government.

*William Draycott of Sysonby was Agent to Lord Stafford in early 1700’s.
