Went to Mr. and Mrs. Walker’s residence and had social evening. Sang O Canada, Maple Leaf etc:

Went for a walk and met Rifleman Lawrence – went with him to look over the Seaport gas-works.

Transcribing manuscript regarding my book on Draycot family.
No mail from Vancouver for a month – strange

At 10 am to Portsmouth Library researching for material for book on Draycot family.
Back home at 3 pm and had dinner.
Played cards with the [Martin ] till 5 pm.
