Say goodbye to Dr. & Mrs. Miller & travel by the 10 past 5 pm train. Dr. Miller sees me off on the platform.

Harry meets me @ Lime Street Liverpool & we walk home together.

I go to No. 5 Canadian Military Hospital for admission & they take me in.

To Rowley Park to see Blackshaw’s with Mrs. & Dr. Miller. I stay till 10 pm.

I receive wire from Hdqts. To “Enter Hospital without delay”.

With Doctor in auto to Hyde Lea, Seighford, Whitgreave, St. Thomas’s Priory.

In afternoon I go to Marston & Enson in auto for rabbit shooting alone. I bag 6. Return home at 10:30 pm tired.
